Below is a list of all the forms that have been requested from the Online Form Bureau that are currently being processed by our clerical staff. The list is in chronological order, from the first request down.

Please consult this list before requesting a form from the CPU Bureau. If you want to order a customized form, please visit the Form Request Form section. If you want a Fizz Wizz Shower Removal Kit, good luck.

As servants of Friend Computer, we will endeavour to issue the forms in reasonable time. Rumours to the contrary are treasonous. However, we do not promise to deliver the forms within any given measurable time. Likewise, abuse of the system, such as multiple requests from the same person on the same day will be punishable by summary execution and reduced rations. Continued abuse will see the shutting down of the CPU Bureau from this sector.

Once a form has been issued it will be taken off this list and entered into the CPU Bureau list.
