Home to some of the craziest, most abnormal clones this side of R&D, HPD&MC is erratically decorated. The main lobby has a front desk apparently made of woodlyke, and several Red couches designed in what would once have been described as the post-modern style or more honestly labeled ugly and uncomfortable. Behind the main desk lies a number of cubicles for the HPD&MC clerks, several of which are decorated with pictures the individual took. Rumors that decorating your cubicle will lead to interrogation by Internal Security are treason.
Due to seniority and a hefty amount of bribes, Antoine-O-ROC has his own private office just off the main office. It is tastefully decorated as appropriate to Orange clearance, with a woodlyke desk and comfy chair. Rumors that his terminal is wired to watch all of HPD&MC are treason.
Beyond this lies the entrances to the various sub-offices, recording studios, Housing Preservation Equipment Storage, etc. And of course there is rumors that there is a secret tunnel that leads to the Central Command Citadel HPD&MC office. Rumors that are, once again, treason.

* In one of the studios, a trapdoor in the ceiling opens. Hugh emerges inside a rubber ball. When it hits the floor, the ball begins bouncing as if a giant game of beer pong is underway, the Hugh-Ball denting and knocking over various decorations on the set until he lands inside a large vat. *
"What... where... who?..."
* Hugh seems to remain in a state of somewhat dazed shock as he unlatches the ball and eventually manages to climb out of the vat, stumbling in the general direction of a control room. *

[Somewhere near Hugh-V a door opens and in sneaks a shambling behemoth of a clone. Most of his features are obscured by a great head of hair. He is sulking, partly at the world and partly at his security clearance badge, which is defiantly RED.]
[Danfifth-R-PLN-6, for it is he, has until recently been repeatedly decanted into the Armed Forces firing range and shot to pieces. His final clone got ejected entirely from the arena when an experimental antigravity grenade propelled his rather heavy frame through a weak spot in the range wall.]
[He has grokked that Something Serious is up with the sector, and with the sense of duty and sacrifice that make PLC warehouses what they are today, has decided to look around for any vidshow material he can steal for the Romantics and his own personal use.]
[He starts checking cubicles and things...]

* Danfifth-R hears the clattering noises from the nearby studio. The din slowly dies down as the various dislocated items vibrate to a halt. A cursory glance of the first cubicle has a few photos of several different bots with labels underneath them. This clone probably is a member of the BotSpotter EAP; one can only imagine that members of The Frankenstien Destroyers wouldn't be quite so blatant. Or would they? There is one other interesting item that catches Danfifth's eye. *

| Listen, I'd love to help! Problem is, the control room software became unresponsive just a few moments ago. It doesn't make any sense - that software should allow access to any HPD&MC clone of ORANGE Clearance. |

The experience is highy painful, so JohnDoom gives up and opens both eyes to see the frightening looking, rare wild Violet clone in front of him.*
