Not sure how many people, if any, this will attract since the last game to be posted was by me in October of last year, but I thought it was worth a try anyway.
This is just a standard PARANOIA game with much hilarity and exaggerated deaths galore for all to see.

Well you never know, if players actually arrive, which I pray to the almighty computer that they do, games could actually become a regular occurance again. After all, that IS what JParanoia was created for...

The server was up and looking for players for around an hour and a half after the start time and an hour before.
Still, it wasn't exactly pointless, I chatted with Silent for a while.

Well, it's been two weeks of arranging sessions and still there is nothing.
It's not that there's not enough people to make a troubleshooter team, it's that there isn't a single player any more and so I feel no reason to keep trying...

Short version:
Don't totally give up hope - hang in there and try again a little later, hopefully you'll have better results then!
(If you need your fix of Alpha Complex goodness in the interim, why not hop into IC Forum play! There's some action in Episode 5 right now.)
Long version:
Once the homepage switches over to wordpress and the malware is stomped out, hopefully this site will get removed from the "naughty" lists out there that are telling potential new members to stay away. The problem of reduced new member enrollment is further exacerbated by the registration process now requiring (finding and) following instructions to manually register instead of using the automated process (a neccessary evil to combat overwhelming spam attacks.)
After that "naughty list" hurdle is overcome, we could all work together to raise awareness of this site and the various play opportunities available, in an effort to attract new members and get things rolling once again. See the "Remaking P-Live" thread for more details and updates on this situation and the efforts to improve things moving foward.
Also, summer's coming... Maybe those who get a break from school will have more time to help serve Friend Computer then!
You had at least 2 or three people expressing interest; perhaps put out feelers to see if there is some future date that would work for everyone? (ex:JohnDoom said 'not-saturday'...)

There's also non-P-Live communities where PARANOIA games can be coordinated, though this doesn't help with sustaining the P-Live community.

I'm not saying I'll give up completely, just for the time being.
The whole forum in general (not including the forum game) has been quiet for a while now, but as you say, in summer, the numbers and activity might pick up a bit.
Also, speaking of Saturdays, that's the only time I can make at the moment, which makes it qute awkward all round I suppose.
