At the top of the page and in its user icon, FC looks like it's starting to tilt backwards (while trying to stare straight ahead). I'm pretty sure that's new.

I think The Computer at the top of the forum has been like that since the redesign, whereas the avatar was changed relatively recently. Jazzer created a new model, apparently because the old one, while a better copy of the 'official' graphic, didn't look imposingly down upon the viewer enough. It looked like this.
More adorable, in my opinion.

Adam is correct. I remember talking with Jazzer about this - he wanted a creepier, more menacing FC.
