Hi, i'd like to GM a game, and I think I understand most of it, but I don't have the rulebook, so I am missing info like mutie powers and Secret Society stuff. Some basic knowledge about each power and society would be really useful. Other than that, I think I am ready to GM. I even have an idea for a mission (shock horror!).

You could just pretend you're using rules from a different edition  Of course, make sure it's not one of the [Deleted for security reasons], as then you'll have loyal UVs on your back!
