I'm proposing to start lining up MBD's to be expanded into regular jobs for Trouble-victims.
For a start, Forms Officer, and Robotics Officer.
What other sort of light duties can be considered to be an MBD? It has to not be overtaken by an existing Service Firm, and also not be too High-Clearance for a Red to be not-expendable-enough for.
As far as the expanding part goes, how would it look in a "Loyal Citizen's Guide to MBD's" as well as the info for the GM?

How about a "Personnel Accountant" to keep track of his teammates' finances and ensure that the team doesn't rack up too many fines? We could give him an abacus and everything!

Well, for larger groups (8 or more PCs), I usually add in new MBDs as follows:
#7: Robotics Officer (takes the duty off of the Equipment Guy)
#8: Secondary Team Leader
#9: ARE YOU INSANE? You're gonna run Paranoia with more than 8 players? WTF!

I always liked the idea of giving an extra player a made-up duty, but then secretly inform them that they are the "Secret Real Team Leader". Anything to sow dissention ...
