Celebrating twenty and five years of PARANOIA

As chronicled in Gamma Very High Programmer Allen Varney's archives, the year 194 of the Computer saw the first edition of the PARANOIA roleplaying game. Utopia was warmly embraced and Citizens all over the world were very happy. After countless Communist infiltrations and Free Enterprise takeovers, it became popular to go Ourdoors to try different things. Twenty years later, the year 214 saw the rebirth of Utopia and Citizens were all too eager to rejoin Alpha Complex and the rule of the Computer. This was such a success that the year 214 has been iterated five times so far. This year, the Computer declared it is time to celebrate these twenty and five years of PARANOIA. Attention all newbie GMs!

Loyal citizen No.5127 noticed a frequent repetition of questions by newbie GMs. In a valliant attempt to improve forum efficiency, he collected all questions posted, categorized them, searched the board for the appropriate answers, categorized those, wrote an article about it and submitted it for categorization. Commendation point. No longer do you need to waste 29% of your valuable time serving the Computer searching for answers. Your answers are all here in this 'Introduction for newbie GMs'. Unless you are a player of course, in which case your next clone will be happy to explain why you were found reading an ULTRAVIOLET clearance article in the first place.
