The security clearance assigned to a citizen of Alpha Complex above GREEN, but below INDIGO.
BLUE citizens are powerful within Alpha Complex. They are typically high level IntSec or Armed Forces officers (most famous among them being the elite BLUE Vulture Squadron), or some other high statured individual. They are rare enough that the average citizen will probably never run headlong into one in a hallway, but not so rare that the average citizen doesn't have nightmares about doing so.
